Currently, full-time at Williams Sonoma, Inc. where I oversee the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system that ensures a consistent and delightful user experience across all digital touchpoints. Together with my team, we aim to bring the timeless elegance of Pottery Barn into the digital realm, making it easier for customers to explore and enjoy our products.

COMMUNITY FOR GLOBAL INNOVATION
Nonprofit Website Redesign
CFGI connects international students with hiring companies in the US, offering financial assistance, an online community, and volunteering opportunities to gain work experience.
Tasks: User Research, UX Design, UX Writing, UI Design, Testing.
Goal: In 2 weeks, redesign the website with clear copy, captivating visuals, and a better user experience.
CITY OF PALO ALTO
Community Section Design
Redesigning a local government website to allow easy access, plus a new community section encourages community involvement and neighbors' connection.
Tasks: Heuristics, Accessibility Assessment, Usability Testing, Information Architecture, UX, UI Redesign, Prototype Testing.
Goal: In 3 weeks, develop an accessible community section that draws users to engage with their local community.
EX REMEDY
Breakup Recovery App
Most people have gone or will go through a breakup at least once in their life. Knowing how tough the breakup stage can be, we created an app that helps users get through it, rediscover themselves, and learn how to build healthy relationships in the future.
Tasks: User Research, UX/UI Design, Branding, Prototype Testing.
Goal: In 2 weeks, develop an educational app with personalized content based on its relationship journey.

E-commerce Integrated Marketing Design
A leading digital retailer and manufacturer of high-quality personalized products and services.
Tasks: Art Direction, Creative Ops
Goal: Managing production design work sent to our agency partners, such as email, landing pages, display advertising, digital assets, and print design work, including annual catalogs.
